Our clients - Creating partnerships that delivers

We have maintained a continuity that has helped us to forge strong relationships with the largest corporates, public sector parties and financial institutions in the Nordic region.

In 2008 we acted Bookrunner in the only public Eurobond issued by a Nordic company – Vattenfall - which was also one of the largest bonds issued ever by a Nordic company (2 Eurobonds in total 1.5 bn EUR.)

Norwegian renewable energy company REC chose us as Bookrunner for their 10,000 MNOK loan to finance their expansion in Norway and Singapore.

We took part in a consortium that financed Danish industry equipment manufacturer FL Schmidt’s delivery of a new cement factory to Russia.

Our M&A team acted as advisor and contact broker when Masdar Abu Dhabi future energy company invested 120 MEUR in Finnish wind turbine manufacturer WinWinD.
