The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (UAE Branch) completed the sale of its retail and commercial banking business to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) on October 1, 2010. The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (UAE Branch) has set up a service desk to accommodate queries from retail and commercial clients with accounts that were closed before 1 October 2010.
This service desk will only handle queries on, or requests for, historical banking transaction information in relation to retail and commercial client banking relationships that were closed before 1 October 2010.
